i've been a little behind ..... i've decided to slow down on my art commitments and just do what i can. i need to focus on me. we planned a cruise for our spring break. a much needed family vacation and celebration - we took my parents along to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday!

after 2 wonderful days pampering ourselves at sea we arrived at old san juan. the colors were awesome, it was like walking around in a painting!
next stop st. thomas. we shopped a bit and then we did "BOB" little underwater motorscooters called breathing oberservation bubbles - haven't developed the underwater photos yet but it was great fun!
our ship was the royal caribbean's radiance of the sea. our last stop was st. maarten. the beaches were the best i have ever seen!
this picture is one of the last we took on the cruise. in true zwang tradition the last two days were spent in quarantine. my daughter contracted a stomach flu. while tending to her we ignored my dad's symptoms as he slowly developed congestive heart failure. he was hospitalized after we pulled into miami. he is now home. my husband developed strep throat and spent the week home and will hopefully be returning to work this morning. as for me, i'm just doing the best i can while keeping my sense of humor!
